While we do our best to make sure your experience is smooth and stress-free, we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind ensuring that if you ever face an issue, we’ve got your back with fair, simple, and transparent solutions. Along with this we recommend that please choose product wisely from shop on the time of order because wrong choice make problems like Returns.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product delivered does not match the description on our website.
👉 To be eligible, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video of unboxing).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been:
- Opened or unsealed.
- Used in any way.
- Damaged by the customer after delivery.
This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and privacy for all our customers.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- If the ordered product is out of stock.
- If the product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- If the customer cancels the order before it is dispatched.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after delivery, or if the customer refuses to accept the COD order.
Return Process
If you believe you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp / Contact Page within 24–48 hours.
- Provide your Order ID and clear proof (photo/video).
- Our team will verify and confirm if your product qualifies for a return or replacement.
- Now wait for 24-48 Hours a replacement/return will be initiated with our Delivery partner, they collect the delivered item from you and your money will be returned to your given account from our team in few hours.
Refund Method & Timeline
- For COD orders in Lahore, refunds are provided in cash upon return of the product.
- For outstation orders with advance payments, refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a wrong or faulty item, please share an unboxing video or photos immediately upon receiving the parcel. Once verified, we will either:
Send you a replacement, or Issue a refund as per your preference.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order is shipped, it must be accepted. Refusal of COD parcels may lead to account suspension for future orders.
Advance Payment for Outstation Orders
For deliveries outside Lahore, a small advance payment is required to confirm your order.
This advance is fully refundable if your product is unavailable or your order is cancelled before shipping. If the order is refused after shipping, the advance will not be refunded to cover delivery expenses.
